There are but a few vineyards which produce Riesling wines with such a delicate and yet exalted fruit which becomes more intense from year to year. Reminiscent of roasted hazelnuts and almonds paired with fresh lime fruits. Depending on the vintage, it is fermented up to two thirds in 500 litre wooden barrels.
