The heart of the wine is lusciously fruity and unoaked with a touch of complexity interwoven from 20% matured for a minimum of 22 months in a combination of new and old French oak barrels. It has instantly appealing tones of warm fully ripe southern Rhône fruit, lifted by nuances of oak, which flow into layers of supple and smooth textures and roll forward to a full-flavoured sumptuous finish.
