Excellent medium to dark density colour with purple hues at 2 years of age. Lifted cassis, blue berry fruit aromas and vanillin oak background. These carry to the palate with fine grained tannins from perfectly ripe fruit, sage notes and cedar from high quality French oak. Typical Cabernet Sauvignon tobacco on the finish giving a long after taste. While built for long term aging, the pure fruit flavours mean the wine can be enjoyed over the short term.
