The careful selection of grapes from the best part of the mountain slope vineyard of the Estate is kept in 100% brand new French oak barrels for 16 months, making this wine fully bodied, exceptionally balanced, pleasurably fat, with well adjusted tannins, offering exceptional structure and a great potential for ageing.
