An intense wine that lends full expression to the varietal character of Pinot Noir, with hints of toasted oak complementing the red fruit aromas (cherry and cassis). Smooth on entry, with good acidity and silky tannins enveloped in pleasant fruit notes. The subtle acidity of the wine makes it wonderfully persistent on the palate. An excellent accompaniment for roast meats, cooked hams and creamy cheeses. Serve at 16- 18ºC.
