Aromas of ripe white melon and white peach Etna, followed by sensations sweet, almost white chocolate and meringue, a mineral component gradually appeared in the wines.The palate is thin but not too bulky full and unexpectedly soft. A nice acidity enhances the freshness. Final unpredictable for the return of dense floreal notes.
